Suppressor ordering question.
So I have a friend that can get us a hookup on price from a maufacturer. Can my friend order two suppressors from the mfg to the local class 3 ffl and then we each fill out our individual paperwork? Is there any information about the individual needed to get from mfg to the ffl?

The 'dealer to dealer' transfer is the Form 3. You should be able to order them from the factory and send them to your dealer.
From there, it's Form 4 time to transfer them to yourselves or a trust. I'm going from recent memory, but am pretty sure the only names on a Form 3 are the sending and receiving dealers (not you). Hope that helps, also hope I'm not about to get corrected by someone who knows better |

I am Citadel 72 and a class 3 dealer
Post above is correct. I sometimes recieve 3 suppressors on one form 3, going to 3 different buyers on individual form 4's.
Here in Colorado, son is Citadel 09 USMC Good luck. |

There's no such thing as a class 3 FFL.
