question, for VUPDblue..
Hi.
At last I got my ducks in a row... I read somewhere, that the form 4 has to be double sided, and that sending in two sheet's, would get my form kicked back...Is this true? |

I'm not him, but I have had several people tell me that. I did my form 4s on 1 sheet and had no problems (other than the wait).
It isn't hard to print something on both sides. Why risk the hassle?

Yes, it's true. If you send in the form 4 on two sheets, you WILL get it back.

I've been told the same thing.
I phoned to check it out. A lady at NFA branch in D.C. --one with a sense of humor -- indicated that this all has to do with the federal Paperwork Reduction scheme. They'll send you a several-page instruction packet on how to save using ONE extra sheet of paper.
