Where's the lead

Does anybody cast their own, and where do you find a good supply of lead. Wheel weights are running out.
Thanks Rick

-Tire shop
-hospitals & doctor's offices w/ X-ray machines
-large university science departments
-scrap yards
I am still using a few hundred #'s of lead that was somehow involved with the small reactor at the local university. All I know is that it was dumped, and I got it free!

All telephone line connections above ground and under ground are encased in lead---The repair crews do not recycle that lead--why I don't know-- I get all the lead I need by talking to the local crews---I use it for Blackpowder guns (it's pure and very soft) for other uses a mixture of tin and other alloys will have to be added to make it harder
