Another trust question
I find a lot of info on trusts and even have software for setting one up but I can not find anything about a schedule A where the items under the trust are listed. Is this just a list of the items or is there a standard form and does it have to be notarized also like the trust? Any help and/or examples would greatly be appreciated.

Schedule A is just a list and is usually the last page of the trust. Basically says Schedule A at the top center and then the items are listed by number down the page (1,2,3,4,...n). If I remember correctly, I don't think you need to have schedule A notarized, nor do you have to notarize any future amendments to the trust.

Correct. As I add items I can just write them in on the list.

Any piece of paper labeled as Schedule A with a detailed list of property will suffice. No signatures or notary required.
