What type trigger?

Last night I caught a repeat of Guns and Ammo TV or Shooting Gallery, they were both on. There was a segment on the AR in 6.8SPC or whatever the hot new caliber is. This rifle was firing anywhere from two to several shots per trigger pull. It didn't sound like a full auto buy my experience with them is limited. I did get to shoot a suppressed MP5 in full auto once. Rather, it sounded more like some type of trigger group that would mimic the effect of full auto. I know years ago there was a system available for this. I don't remember what it was called. For some reason the term "Hell Fire" comes to mind. Does anyone know what this rifle was equipped with? Are those aftermarket triggers still available and legal? Just wondering. I wouldn't mind having something fun to play with but not at the cost of the real deal.

I didn't see it, but it was probably full auto.

Hellfire trigger units are still availible and are still legal, it's just that they are mostly junk.
