Jag mod

I really like the "Spin jag" that TC makes as it won't tighten/loosen when running patches or ramming a ball/sabot home. Only one problem... the threads are brass. If you are in a hurry loading in the field and don't get a nice straight push you'll snap the treaded end off. I got lucky and was able to extract the busted off brass threads out of my range rod. I cut the remainder off the jag, drilled and tapped it and put a steel "close nipple" in it's place. Problem forever solved. (This looks like something Doc might come up with).
