My guess is 30 BR. But it could be 7.92X33mm (8mm Kurz).

8mm Kurtz would be my first guess, .300 Wisper would be my second. What caliber/mm does the bullet mic out too? What's the length of the case(33mm woudl make it a 8mmK) and what does the headstamp say?

300 Whisper is a 30 cal bullet in a 223 case. The head size of the center cartridge looks like standard size, and it has too much shoulder for a 300 Whisper.

That is not a loaded round, is it? The bullet is too far down the neck and no holding crimp.
On all accounts it looks like an 8mm bullet pushed into a fired 33mm case, but more than that I can not venture.
