Bausch & Lomb: What do you know?
So I recently picked up a cheap Bausch & Lomb at the local shop used. It has a few nicks from scope rings, but for $100 for a 6-24x40 with Target Knobs, I couldn't resist. The only thing is that I have become completely stumped as to what happened to them.
From what I have found out, they are owned by Bushnell. But, I can't find anything from them or Bushnell as to whether they still make Rifle Scopes or not. The one that I have is an Elite 3000 model from them. So, could this logically be the predecessor to the current Bushnell Elite 3200/4200 series? Thanks, F-C

My understanding is that Bausch & Lomb owns Bushnell, not the other way around. They are/were a very good scope for the money. They do not sell rifle scopes under the B&L name. And yes, the B&L 3000 was the precursor to the Elite 3200 and 4200 scopes.
