I have the Colt/C-More tactical (integral rear sight) on my M4 flat top. I really like it. Very quick and you still have the iron sights if the batteries go down. I've used it a lot and am still on the first set of batteries. I had an Aimpoint and sold it.

I haven't tried the Reflex II although a friend has it and likes it a lot. I just bought the Trijicon Compact ACOG 2x20 and really like it. Despite the 2x magnification you can still shoot with both eyes open - its a neat scope that does a good job for CQC but will permit accurate hits at extended distances also.
