How do I post a poll?

Well, if you must...

You already saw how to do it when you posted this new thread. Didn't see it, didjya?

1. In the proper forum, click the "New Thread" button.
2. Type the initial post as usual.
3. Just above the "Submit Thread" button is an option entitled "Post a Poll."
4. Click the "Yes! Post a Poll" button and then submit the thread as usual.
5. You will be taken to an intermediate page where you can enter the particulars of the poll.
6. Submit the new thread with the poll.

I can't seem to be able to vote in polls. I get this message

"The action you have attempted could not be performed as your session appears to be invalid. Click the below link to attempt this action again with a new session. "

I believe this has to do with cookies. Are they disabled?
