Convert 38 Super 1911 to 9mm?

I've got a 38 Super 1911 left over from when I was getting into action shooting several years ago. It's essentially in stock condition since I was also planning on using a 20 round Para Ord frame, also left over. My question is, what would it take to convert the 38 Super to 9mm? Barrel of course, a 9mm extractor seems to be required since the factory one won't hold a 9mm case. Anything else? The stock ejector seems to be ok, but will the wider breach face made for the 38 Super cause a problem?

Thanks for any suggestions.

John, the breech face won't be a problem. I think the barrel and extractor are all you'll need. George

Great! Thanks George, that was the answer I was hoping for. I didn't want to go out and buy some parts only to find I needed more parts, and more parts....(kind of like my 68 Lemans) until it would have been cheaper to just buy a 9mm 1911.

You will need new magazines; the 9mm does not usually work well in .38 Super mags.
