Marbles tang sight elevation adjustment

I've installed Marbles tang peep sights on a .22 HP and a .250 Savage. One is working properly and the other does not work properly with the elevation adjustment. The threaded post holding the aperture will not remain steady but rotates when the elevation knob rotates. By holding the aperture steady, the post will move up and down with the adjustment knob. But the aperture and post will not remain steady on its own and just seems loose. Any suggestions as what needs to be done?

I've emailed Marbles but have not yet received a reply.

Call Marbles CS. The peep sight isn't supposed to rotate.

Right on. By unscrewing the post it is apparent that something is missing to hold the post steady. It will have to go back for repair or replacement.
