Looking for Dallas Area Smith

Hello, I'd like some recommendations please for a Dallas, TX gunsmith to install free-spin pawls in my 2 Ruger Vaqueros (not New Vaqueros). I like to keep my guns pristine, so careful handling is required.

I don't have the pawls yet either and could use tips on where to buy them. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
