What would be a good light load for the 9mm using a 124grain FMJ for powder Wincheaster 231 or Titegroup. Most of what I have found is guite high.

I don't reload light 9MM anymore, but when I did, I always had good luck with Red Dot, Bullseye and AAC#2. If I ever decide to load any 9MM light loads in the future, I'll probably use AAC#2.

Try.........4.4 Titegroup 115 FMJ @ 1.130 or 4.0 Titegroup with a 124 FMJ @ 1.140.
If you really want soft try the same loads but substitute the Tiegroup for N320. TR |

My standard load for 9mm is a 124gr plated RN at 1.135" nominal, 4.2gr Titegroup. 1070fps in a Glock or BHP.
For less recoil, you can bring it down quite a bit. Here's some other data: 115gr XTP, 1.092: 3.0gr Bullseye, 830fps 3.3gr Bullseye, 883fps 3.5gr Bullseye, 979fps 115gr West Coast plated Round Nose, 1.120" 3.5gr VV-N320 892fps 3.8gr VV-N320 946fps 4.1gr VV-N320 1010fps 115gr XTP, 1.100" 3.5gr VV-N320 924fps 3.8gr VV-N320 1017fps 115gr WC plated RN, 1.100" 3.2gr VV-N320 880fps
