What about a Gun FAQ Forum?

Or possibly an intro forum?

Some question come up over and over again.

Such as: What handgun for bear defense? What to get for first handgun?

Or maybe instead of a true forum a saved search of threads? Like the option for active topics maybe a saved search that would pick up one or two maintained threads [say to cover gun safety or basic question for first time handgun buyer] along with whatever other threads the saved search would capture.

We've been thru this before. We are opposed to setting a tenor at TFL that would have the novice feel it's in bad form to ask a novice question....or to relegate them to a novice Forum.

Each "repeat" question generally has a slightly different basis or bent. So be it.
