Great Service from RCBS
I bought some used 222 Rem dies off of E-Bay, turns out some of the pieces were missing ( I know surprise, used dies off of E-Bay, not all there ), I called up RCBS, told them I bought some used RCBS dies that were missing parts, they asked for my address and are sending me ( free of charge ) the missing pieces. Hard to beat that kind of service.

I sent a 243 die in for refurbing.
Needed polishing as it was scratching the cases and new deprimer rod. Should be back by mid week-I hope. |

RCBS's service has been the same as Dillon's in my experiences.

RCBS has repaired everything I have ever sent them, free. I have an RCBS Pro 2000 and I assembled it wrong. I sent it back and they assembled it for me and sent it back ready to go.

That's good to hear. I own mostly RCBS stuff but have only had one experience with the customer service. They were good to me too.

Like everyone else here had to say- the response from RCBS is legendary.
I have called them and told them flat out that I screwed the pooch and broken a part on something they sell- same answer, NO PROBLEM. They send the fix promptly and N/C , not even shipping. Whats not to like? I have tried to emulate their practices in my business and it seems to work. People really remember kind, courteous, no questions service and they tell friends-as noted here. That's all. Gary |

I bought a Lube-A-Matic and the bullet ejector rod was missing. They sent me a replacement under warranty - no charge. What I really liked was that they didn't ask ANY questions other than "What's your full name and mailing address?"

Bought another RCBS powder measure at a pawn shop years ago, and the plastic powder case was glazed. A note to RCBS inquiring about purchasing a new one was remedied by RCBS sending me a new piece free of charge. Great company/great service.

I wish everyone's service was as good as RCBS. They never ask questions and it has never cost me anything to get something repaired or replaced.
