++ Rcbs ++

I purchased a used RCBS carbide die set ( $20.00 ) (9mm-Luger )and I should have been aware that the only seater plug was for a holow point !
Called RCBS to order missing plugs, ordered them, then found out they
will be sent to me at no charge -- FREE
Shure am glad I chose the RCBS set rather than the other sets that were there, that kind of costumer service is rare these days !!

Good to hear, firewrench. They have served me well so far.

Mods, you think this is better served in the Retail Feedback forum?

With a little more experience you will find you get the SAME type of service from other companies.

Dillon, Lyman and Lee have ALL done similar things for me.

I just called them and had to have a polite young lady send me a new decapping rod and expander ball for my 30/06 SB die. Seems someone who will remain anonymous forgot to check all the headstamps on some military brass he traded for and found a Berdamn case in the bag. RCBS RULES.
