++ Rcbs ++
I purchased a used RCBS carbide die set ( $20.00 ) (9mm-Luger )and I should have been aware that the only seater plug was for a holow point !
Called RCBS to order missing plugs, ordered them, then found out they will be sent to me at no charge -- FREE Shure am glad I chose the RCBS set rather than the other sets that were there, that kind of costumer service is rare these days !! |

Good to hear, firewrench. They have served me well so far.
Mods, you think this is better served in the Retail Feedback forum?

With a little more experience you will find you get the SAME type of service from other companies.
Dillon, Lyman and Lee have ALL done similar things for me. C. |

I just called them and had to have a polite young lady send me a new decapping rod and expander ball for my 30/06 SB die. Seems someone who will remain anonymous forgot to check all the headstamps on some military brass he traded for and found a Berdamn case in the bag. RCBS RULES.
