Korean M1 Carbines
A number of years ago surplus M1 carbines from South Korea were not allowed to be imported by the Obama government. Does anyone know why they are not being imported now?

King Obama banned their import(and the M1 Rifles the Korean Army wanted to sell for the money) by Presidential Edict. You still have an anti-firearm ownership H of R. I think it'd take an Act of Congress to repeal that edict.

want
I'v always had a soft spot for the M-1 carbine. Lots of carbine shooting on a training detail just fueled the fire. When CMP put the last batch up for sale, my money had to go elsewhere. Now, I think Auto-Ordnance sells a viable clone, but still pricey.
Probably not get one at this point in the game, but I've always had the itch! |
