I've had the same tool since about 1970, still works fine. I've even chucked it in my drill and removed primer pocket crimps, still going strong.

I went with the Hornady Deluxe 4 pronged outside chamfer , hopefully it's not made in China .

I do have the RCBS VLD and a Sinclair inside chamfer also the Sinclair is more like a very sharp pointed cone . I start with a few turns with the VLD , finish it off with the standard chamfer inside an out , it seems to smooth more the shave , that's why I ordered a new one .
