What other service could they be talking about? Are there any other PayPal-style payment processors advertising service for firearm transactions that are currently failing on a grand scale? The hundreds of complaints they site jive with what the lead investigator's told me regarding the volume of reports the cyber crimes task force has received via the FBI/IC3. The language in the report describing the text on the processor's website is paraphrasing the exact wording on GPal's site.

I don't know who else they could be describing. I've looked and looked for another PayPal-type service that will deal with gun sales and, besides GPal, there's nothing. They are clearly describing GPal in this bulletin.

Sadly, SimplySebastian is right: there really aren't any other companies filling the need that GPal was created to fill. If the FBI is issuing bulletins about a Ponzi scheme related to this type of company designed to deal with firearms, the FBI can't be talking about anyone else but GPal.

Too bad, too bad, too bad. I've rooted for them all along. It's such a desperately-needed product!

I may be late to the gate here. However it looks like gpal and gunpal web sites are gone. I did sign up with them when they opened. However I never gave them my bank information nor did I do any business through them.

Appreciate your findings. I'm going to go ahead and close this one up due to the age of the thread.

If anyone has new information to bring up, just crank up another thread. If merging the threads are necessary, I'll cross that bridge when we come to it...
