New to a A R my first one is it a good one?

I got the Sig 400 20 inch match grade barrel. The gun shop that had it had a adjustable stock not the a 2 stock. I had him put a timney 3 pd drop in trigger. A Nikon 4x12x40mm scope. All Burris stuff ( scope mounting stuff) . Pick up 5 new 10 shot magazines for 5.00 dollars each all Bushmasters brand. What 20 rd magazines should I buy and who has the best buy? I am looking at another A R to add to my gun safe a a Bravo Company 5.56 Recce-16 will be my next one. Thank ya Richard

Magpul P-mags are the best bang for the buck.

Another vote for Magpul PMAGS. BCM Reece 16 is a very nice piece of equipment. Good Luck finding one in stock. You'll probably wait a while for it unless you don't buy it for a couple years after all this gun mania goes away.

If you are wanting 20 rd mags, these are the best in my opinion:

While I don't have any personal experience with 20 rd PMAGS friends have had problems with them and from what I have read on the errornet, FWIW, they aren't as good as their 30rd mags.

Agreed with above. Regarding PMags, go with the 30 round unless they are just too long for you. I also really like the DSG aluminum mags with Magpul tan followers.

Sounds like a couple of solid choices on ARs though. Enjoy!

I was looking at the Sig 400 in the LGS. It was more like $900, but actually seemed pretty solid. Some report incompatabilities with steel case ammo.
I don't use cheap fodder, I handload, so that doesn't put me off. I'm interested in what accuracy you can wring out. I eagerly await a range report.
