Lee Loadmaster Powder in Station 2

I'm sorry if this has already been asked and answered. Let me first say that I am a newbie with a lot to learn. I have a Lee Loadmaster. I plan to hand prime and was thinking about removing the priming system and moving my auto drum to station 2 in order do use a powder check. Is this even possible?

It sure is since the Lee Loadmaster has 5 stations. You can leave one station blank in order to be able to see into the case.
