Featureless barrel

I'm starting to work on a NY safe act compliant AR to gift to my folks. Anyone know a manufacturer whose got a
16 inch mid length barrel
No threads
Preferably a pencil profile but not required

No hbar profiles

Stag has a crowned barrel for less than a C note, but it is carbine gas.
X caliber can make a barrel to fit all options, but it is more C notes.
Not sure of other options. As far as crowned barrel lightweight profiles.
But there may be some other options and makers.

Anderson offered one a couple years ago. Don't know if they still do.
BHW/CRA will make one. But you'll be looking at $250+, probably.
(Black Hole Weaponry / Columbia River Arms -- they can't make up their minds about their name.)

I did find a few carbine ones may have to just settle for that. Thanks for the help
