Need help to Id 45acp bullet

I got these bullets from a friend who does not remember where he got them.

What I do know is:
1. Lead semi wad cutter
2. 200 gr.
3. Diameter .452
4. My 1911 likes them
5. They are very hard "I Think"

Questions:
1. Most lead bullets I see online have a wax lube or ridges. These do not.
2. Who sales these?
3. Is there a special term for these type bullets
4. I welcome any comments about these type bullets Good or Bad

Those are Hornady 200 grain swaged lead bullets. That knurled surface to hold lube is exclusive to them. They are soft compared to cast bullets, but if you don't drive them over about 750 fps, they will not lead and are often very accurate. I use their .44 cal 240 LSW in my .44 Special light target loads, and find them very accurate there, as well.

I can't tell from the picture whether yours are the #12108 or the #12208 bullet design? They are very close. Measure the length and call Hornady customer service to tell you from that information which one it is? 1-800-338-3220

Thank you Unclenick.
I was looking in all the wrong places. I went to hornady website and found them. The guy who gave them to me [Only 100] did not like them, but would not elaborate as to why. I loaded some golden sabres and some of these and the hornadys were way more accurate. I think he disliked the looks of them. I liked the looks of the target.
Thanks again for the information
