250 grn lasercast for 45 ACP?
Hey there, i just bought a 500 rnd box of lasercast 250 grn 45 cal bullets. originally my eyes told me 230 grn but when they got home the box said 250grn ! anyway i have a tone of win231 laying around and i was wondering if anyone knew a good 45acp 250 grn load for this particular powder. the pistol i am shooting these out of is a Auto Ordnance GI 1911. i have used blue dot previously in my 45 with great accuracy results, but i just hate looking at the books and seeing all the other powder charges are half that of a blue dot charge(i was using 8.6 grns). so does anyone have any advice? thanks for looking!
