Good or bad shoots

Since the last thread on the subject was closed before I could give a reply I will answer here. (By the way, how impolite.). When entering a crime scene a good investigator, of which I considered myself a fairly good one, weighs all evidence at the location and many times it can be called rather quickly. Now no one is 100% right but I believe my record can speak for itself. Have numerous no billed grand jury findings to back it up. It's what we do in my line of work before I retired.
