Senate passed bill 40-6.

Update: Governor Stitt signed the bill into law this afternoon.

Finally! Woohoo!

Our last Governor said she would sign it last time around but then backed out knowing she had reached her term limits and didn't have to worry about re-election.

I'm happy to see that Governor Stitt kept his word.

Great for them, we need this in my state. On the up side our governor signed a bill to reduce CC fees in half.

Several states have come onboard in the last few months. I am glad to see this trend and I hope it continues to all 50.
