Next Purchase... Savage A22 in .22lr...

So I've been compiling what information I can for Savage's A22 semi-automatic rifle in .22lr. I understand it's an exceptional value ($209 plus tax and PICS background check) and has a real knack for accuracy. Anyone have any first hand experience with one?

It has iron sights but I will definitely be purchasing a scope...probably a Nikon ProStaff Rimfire.

I would love to start a video channel, perhaps my introductory video can be a comparison of the A22 and my insanely accurate Savage MkII FV. Findings will be interesting, considering the MKII FV sells for $50-75 MORE than the A22.

They have proprietary ammo. Check out CZ 512 carbine or standard. You will years down the road always be happy you spent the extra money.

Savage rim fires have been and always will be a question mark for me. Why can't Savage designers put a bit of lipstick on their pigs?
