Class 3 Weapons in NEW JERSEY ??
I know that there is a provision in New Jersey that allows you to apply for the forms/paper work or whatever it is you need in order to own Class 3 Weapons. My Question is: Has anyone actually attempted to apply for one of these?
While I am on the topic of New Jersey, has anyone who is in NJ applied for an FFL license? If so how difficult was it? Thanks. |

AFAIK, NJ is a non-NFA state for an individual. The only way to get an NFA weapon in NJ is to become a class 3 dealer or manufacturer.
