What dies should I use to load 9x23 Winchester on my Dillon XL650? What shellplate? Dillon says to use their 9mm dies, but I have been told by others that this is not the best setup. What would be the ideal setup?

Use the 9mm shellplate, and you can get 9x23 dies from RCBS and Lyman.

Thanks WeShoot2. Does anyone else have any recommendations on the ideal setup for loading 9x23 on my Dillon 650?

I use a RCBS sizer die, A Redding competion 38 super seating die, and a Dillon 9mm crimper die. If I use Winchester brass I use a number 5 shellplate, and when I use Starline brass I use number 3 shellplate. My press is a Dillon 550. I use only Starline brass now and I think it is a lot better brass. What kind of recommendations are you looking for.
