which taurus 24/7 model for IPSC

am thinking about buying the taurus 24/7 to shoot IPSC. Would like to buy the right pistol for the sport. Am new and would appreciate advice.

The 24/7 Pro has a better trigger pull than the regular 24/7.

Looks like a pretty good gun especially the Long slide version..

if the gun fits you and you shoot it well..it will do great..

seems to have features of lots of other guns that do well in USPSA and IPSC production..G34, CZSP01, Smith M&P, SA XD Tactical, SIG226.
so lots of choices..

9mm is great because of all the low priced ammo you can find..have been told .40 can be real soft at the lower power factor too..

have fun...it is a great time

first visit some matches

And see for yourself how many competitors are burning up stages with their Taurus.

The 'correct' USPSA/IPSC 'starter' gun is a 1911 or Glock (or maybe the new S&W M&P?).
