load data for a fal l1a1

hello
i am lookin for load data for my fal
i use these bullits 147gn fmjbt and 168gn fmjbt
i use vv n140 and accurate powder
can sombody mail me the load data i cant find it for these bullits

I don't use either brand of powder that you do but one of the really beautiful things about the FAL is the ability to adjust the gas valve.

Load up some ammo at midrange loads and turn the gas way down, shoot and look for pressure signs. If all looks good start turning the gas up one notch at a time and shoot. When the brass lands 1-2 meters from you then you have the correct gas valve adjustment for that load.

When working up a new load just turn the gas valve down and start again.
