Removing Forend from Mossberg 500
I've got a Mossberg 500 Combo with three barrels: rifled slug, 28"bird, and 18.5"cylinder...pretty versatile. It spends most of its time wearing the short barrel and close to my bed, so I recently bought a sidesaddle shell holder for it. Problem is that to install it I seem to have to shorten the forend. Uh...how do I get that thing off? I've never disassembled one before and I'd prefer not to begin randomly pushing out pins. Can't find my manual. Any help or pics would be much appreciated.
