I went to an IPSC tournament, not a regular match, but a tournament. Found regulation IPSC targets there for $20/100, and pasties for $1 a roll. Haven't priced any online or elsewheres, but it seemed to be a sweet deal to me.
Unfortunately, it was such a good deal, I now have enough IPSC targets and pasties to run my own match for 3 years and not want for targets. Pretty cool having enough to run out 200m for rifle though.

Check the IDPA website, www.idpa.com for targets. They have official suppliers in spots around the US.
If you can live with something else there are B-type combat targets of various kinds advertised in Shotgun News.
