Uberti 1847 walker and 1849 pocket revolvers

need help just got a uberti 1847 colt walker 44cal. and a uberti 1849 pocket 31cal. revolvers: at a yard sale the revolvers are in great shape i new the old man that owned them so i know he cleaned them after shooting them.
the only thing is that after he died his wife could not fined the books that went with these revolvers so if any one can help me with ball dia. powder data and cap size for the nipples i could use the info please.

Walker: .457 or .454 round ball, probably No. 11 percussion caps. Cap size is a crap shoot, however, depending on when the gun was made. If the No. 11's are too loose, go with No. 10's; they're not terribly expensive. Recommend 40 to 45 gr FFFg black powder, although you can easily use up to 50 gr with no problems. I use a lubed felt wad over the powder and under the ball in lieu of grease as a chamber sealant.

Pocket Revolver: .320 round ball (same as 00 buckshot pellet), probably No. 10 caps (see above discussion about caps). Try 15 gr FFFg black powder with the lubed felt wad.

#10 Rem caps are the best fit on Uberti's. The caps are longer and seat tight on the nipples.
.457 soft lead balls for Walker
.320 to .323 for 1849 Pocket. I use buckshot for the cheapness and convenience, but it's not a real tight fit and not as accurate as .323 balls.
