SKB ithica model 900

I love this gun, but it blows the receiver back sometimes ,and stays open with no new shell.Yes, the ring is set for the right shell. It has to be perfectlly clean to fire perfect. How much is this gun worth?I want a new browning A-5.I will stand by a belgem model against any shotgun. It would fire under muddy water.Best shotgun ever made.I already owned one for years.Anyway value for trade in on the ithica thank you.

Jay,
Is your 900 recoil operated or gas operated? Have seen some posted on www.gunbroker.com for $350-$400 is very good condition. It will sell for more if it is gas operated and the XL model.
