Advice on IR or NV Optics for Monitoring property
I have a new home with huge field in back with some trees and would like to look out there at night and see what critters come and go. Taking video a plus.
I don't want to install a security system, just look out there with a device and see. I've looked into little IR devices (which can't see out a window unless it's open) and Night vision which might be 'real' or just a glorified security camera. Anyone have advice what to get? |

Thermal doesn't work through a closed window but it's great for spotting critters in many other circumstances.
