If you really want an insight into the REAL lives of wolves, check out the DVD from the Discovery Channel entitled "Living With Wolves". Absolutely incredible footage and some new insight into the language of wolves.

As to the "wildest" ( ) sound I've ever heard, it had to be a Red Fox screaming when I got too close to the den at night. Put the hair up on my neck and scared the beegeebees out of me!
