trouble finding targets

i want to find the type i used in govt. course of fire, where center is 5 pts, ring around centerand head are 4, then 3, 2 1. torso shaped each ring a different shade of color. everywhere around only has circular orange targets though. i guess man shaped targets are politically incorrect but gun stores should have them

I'm not sure about the exact target you're looking for, but I know you could least get humanoid/ torso targets at a LE supply store or website.

productsonpatrol.com is my friendly local supplier, I know they have a few.

targets

You may find this hard to believe but I buy all my targets at Amazon.com. Lots of selection, and shipping is the lowest there also. Tom.

But I want to know, if you can hear the noise, are your earmuffs working well enough?

Just make your own.Go to a local steel supply company and get a few strips of sheet metal 6"wide by 24" to 36" long, maybe 1/8",10 gauge or so.Trim one end like a "V" and go to Home Depot,Lowes,or Walmart and buy a hard rubber mallet.Pound them into the ground at the desired distance and bang away. You may have to straighten them with a real hammer on occasion, but they'll fit in the trunk and work just fine.Add a can of Day-Glo spray paint if you want for extra visibility...
