Comtech Stinger experiences?

I feel like picking up a pair to augment my developing hand to hand skills, anyone already have one? I hear that the clear version is slightly larger and made from stronger plastic. Also, I'm looking for a place to buy them that isn't backordered.

Ah, thank you. Might want to check local ords. In Seattle for instance it would be illegal. Hard to believe I know but true. "Kubitons' in general are illegal in a lot of local towns...

Heist. An interesting site. But at my age the only way I see myself going hand-to-hand is with an emptied J-frame.

I don't know about a fancy gadget like that... But I do make a habit of carrying a fairly heavey, fairly sturdy flashlight in my pocket. I've played with an identical twin light, and even though it stopped shining ($5 cheapy), it definately punished everything I tried it on*.

Cheers,
Wolfe... ( * - No animals were harmed in the making of this post.)

I don't think it'll make anyone punch like a karate master, but it should mix nicely with boxing lessons.

Just got mine.

While you can't exactly break cinderblocks painlessly, you can do a number on plywood. I have large hands so a hogue type sleeve over the base might make it more comfortable when impacting hard objects. This would be especially suited to people with small hands because for them it will be easiest.

As mentioned before, you will need to know how to punch in the first place with this. Just don't let anyone else tag you in the ribs with one, even casually, because it is incredibly painful.

I like them and put them on my keychains.
