.308 load with H4831 and 180gr Spitzer?

I am looking for a load for a Savage 99 .308 and don't have much to work with so I am looking for a load with what is available:

180gr Sierra SP
H4831
CCI 200

Any suggestions?

From what I can tell 4831 is used mostly in long actions cartridges but I did find a few listings in the heavier bullets between 44 - 48 grains.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I have always used IMR 4064 in the past but can't find any and can't order any in the wonderful state I live in.

Thr 4831 is actually the only rifle powder I can find locally.
