This post may be considered off topic by owners or admin, but I believe it is within the scope of this forum protecting our rights including the right to self defense protected by the 2nd Amendment.

If the powers that be wish to move or remove this post, I understand.

Senator J. McCain has passed, AZ has an opportunity to shore up the US Senate with Gov Ducey appointing one of the current Republicans running for Sen Flakes Senate seat. My opinion and the opinion of many others is that Ward should be appointed and McSally go head to head against Sinema. Based on current info Ward would serve out McCain's term ending on 2020.

Sinema is a socialist, and should not be allowed to sit as a U.S.Senator.

Contact Gov Ducey, I have linked his email.

It would be much appreciated if this post is allowed to remain

I would agree Ward looks as good as McSally; however, even though it looks, at this time, that McSally will win the primary, would it be fare to appoint Ward the loser to a two year senate seat?
You can guarantee that whoever is appointed it will be to the benefit of the gov's reelection.
Let's just hope it is not Meghan McCain.
You ask a question, I will answer with my opinion; don't like it, don't use it. I won't care!

The thread starter is welcome to try again, this time focusing exclusively on the various candidates' stances on gun rights.
Do you know about the TEXAS State Rifle Association?
