34mm lapping tool

Does anyone know where I can get a lapping bar for 34mm scope rings?

I've tried Brownells, Sinclair International and Kokopelli with no luck.

It's to lap the rings for a Schmidt & Bender PMII 4-16x50. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone with a lathe.
