Rail-Gun plans

Anyone have plans ( blueprints) for a rail-gun? All I got is the pic's over at benchrest central. Hard to tell dementions.

Do you mean the electro-magnetic rail guns that shoot 1lb. fin stabilized tungsten sabot-darts at 4000 fps???

...Like my groundhog gun?

Or the fixed bolt rifle on a platform?

That would be cool. I take it you have a 45' traler to haul it in. fixed on platform.
