Taurus TH9

Does anyone know whether Taurus 809 magazines will fit in the TH9 and TH9c? There is apparently a dearth of TH9 and TH9c magazines.

I recall their model 24/7 mags were also hard to find.

Speaking of the TH9, is your safety a decocker as well? Fire/Safe/Decock three position safety?

Yes, the safety lever is pushed down for the decocker. I have the compact version and the PT809 compact magazines fit with no modification required. On mine though, I sanded the yellow follower nose round like the original Met-Gar magazine. Didn't need to, I did it for appearance.

I like....No ambi controls on the compact model, Nice little loaded chamber indicator, Take down procedure couldn't be simpler.

Don't like....Front and rear sights needed to be centered. (1.3mm allen key for front) The safety lever and slide release lever have 1/16" gap to the frame. Why ??
