HK P30L sight picture change.

Hello.

I have decided to change my factory night sights (Meprolight Tru-Dot) on my EDC gun to Trijicon HD XR sights. I like the fast acquisition of the front sight.

That said, I know I will be missing the sight picture. I recall it changes from the #3 to the #2 on the image I have linked with the USP. Does it do the same for the P30L/P30?

I've had Trijicon HDs on a P2000 and I don't remember if it changed the POI. And then that's not the same as a P30 either.

Depending on who you order from you might be able to do a return if the POI is really undesirable.

I'm in the same boat as currently with my Ameriglo iDot Pros and Gen 5 Glocks. I bought the sights before Ameriglo started shipping different sights just or Gen 5. It leaves me using #2 over #3. I've actually started to like it. It really only starts making a significant difference at say 25 yd and more, and so then I just figure out what hold I need at that distance.
