Need Practice Suggestions/Help

I practice at a range that will let me set up 3 targets at various ranges from 0-25yds, but I usually have to shoot from behind a table at a firing line. I can move about 6' left or right, and have about a 12' width to place my USPSA targets.

I shoot a production CZ 75 9mm

I need to practice draw, double-taps and reloads.

Will a variation of the Bill Drill work in this setting? I would really like something along the lines of a four square practice but usually have other shooters firing so no-can-do.

ANY ideas/suggestions to optimize practice in these conditions would be greatly appreciated.
