Favorite 45 Super load ?

What is your favorite 45 Super load using 230-grain bullets ?

I do not have my load data handy and do not shoot a lot of super ammo as I am getting to big a kick out of my new FA .454 Cassul.

The main reason for not shooting the super is I dislike loosing the brass, so I only shoot at the club instead of at my own range.

Update;
I am using the same load as the chart for 230 gr. Its the 8.5gr of PP cci 300 primer, and my pistol is the Springfield V-16
And these are very mild loads IMO.
I was disappointed with the Hornady 7th Edition not having loads for this.
