Powder recommendations?

I am new to reloading and am looking for a good powder I can use for both 9mm and .45ACP loading. I will be using a lee auto-disk powder measure, so something that will work well in that too (I hear some flake powders don't work well).

I have looked around a little and noticed that universal clays sounds good, as well as unique and possibly 231 are good for those rounds...but I do not know how they would feed in the powder measure. Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated.

sorry if this is similar thread to the lee post, just didn't want to hijack with this question.
