I'm presently shooting praire dogs two or three times a week on some nearby ranch land (with permission) using a.22 mag, because of its relatively quiet report, and getting good results out to 150-175 yds.I would like to increase the range somewhat with my .223 but without the increased noise. I'm afraid the constant banging of a .223 might annoy some of the neighbors. If any readers know of an accurate load using 50 gr. bullets (1-9" twist on my .223) with the velocity and report of a Hornet or k-Hornet I think this would be just the ticket. Thanks in advance, dgang
